I created IGNITE Coaching Collective with one core belief: no two people are the same — in body, goals, or experience. That’s why my coaching is never one-size-fits-all. I focus on functional, performance-driven training to help you build real strength, power, and coordination that translates into everyday life.

My Qualifications & Approach
My approach is rooted in both scientific study and practical coaching methods. I’ve completed university-level courses in Cognitive Psychology, Behavioural Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Abnormal Psychology, giving me a strong understanding of how mindset, behaviour, and emotional patterns influence personal growth and lasting change.
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with a focus on safe, effective, and progressive training methods tailored to individual needs and goals. I'm also a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach, where the emphasis is on behaviour change, habit formation, and lifestyle coaching—supporting clients in building sustainable routines around fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being.
Together, these qualifications allow me to support clients physically and mentally—helping them build discipline, improve consistency, and develop the confidence to show up for themselves long term.
