    My mental fitness coaching comes with a two-month commitment — not because I love rules, but because this work takes time. True change means practicing new habits, rewiring old patterns, and giving yourself space to heal and grow. Two months of consistent effort gives us the foundation to build lasting momentum and real transformation — one that continues long after our sessions end.

    • I encourage you to have a journal to write down any notes during our session (I will also write down key notes during our session and send you a copy) or reflections you may have afterwards.

    My coaching builds real athletic capability: power you can feel, coordination that helps your body operate as a connected system, and muscle developed through intentional, movement-driven training.     Use the email form on my website (down below) to reach out about coaching. I’ll respond with an email that includes your Intake Form.

    2. Complete the Intake Form
    Fill out the form so I can learn about your goals, health history, and lifestyle. This helps us make the most of our time together.

    3. Intake Phone Call
    Once your form is complete, we’ll schedule a 15–30 minute phone call to review your responses, discuss your goals, and go over your health background.

    4. Choose Your Package
    After the call, you’ll select and purchase the coaching package that best fits your goals.

    5. Schedule Your First Session
    We’ll book your first in-person session and get started on building strength, stamina, and confidence.

    6. Assessment & Planning
    Movement and strength assessments in your first session help us create a plan tailored to your body, experience level, and goals.

    7. Progress Review
    Every four weeks, we’ll reassess your progress, celebrate wins, adjust goals, and design the next phase of your training.
