    Once your form is complete, we’ll schedule a 15–30 minute phone call to review your responses, discuss your goals, and go over your health background.

    4. Schedule Your First Session
    We’ll book your first in-person session and get started on building strength, stamina, and confidence.

    5. Assessment & Planning
    Movement and strength assessments in your first session help us create a plan tailored to your body, experience level, and goals.

    6. Progress Review
    After each phase, we’ll reassess your progress, celebrate wins, adjust goals, and design the next phase of your training.

  • 8-Week Program | $65/session (+GST)

    I keep my training simple because real progress takes time. Shorter programs or single sessions don’t give enough space to build solid foundations, lasting habits, confidence, or meaningful development. This 8-week program gives you the guidance, practice, and support you need to truly improve — with the option to continue building on that progress once the block is complete.

    What’s Included:

    • 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks

    • Full-body workouts designed to challenge your body while reinforcing proper technique

    • Personalized guidance every session to help you progress safely

    Notes:

    • Focus is on gradual, sustainable progress

    • Understanding and confidence with exercises develop at an individual pace

    • After 8 weeks, clients can renew the program to continue progressing and building long-term habits

    The goal is to help your team become stronger, more resilient, and more capable athletes — players who move with confidence, power, and control in every practice, game, or training session.

    Each session is designed for the team as a whole, with group rotations and exercises that challenge individuals while fostering teamwork. Players leave feeling energized, stronger, and more in control of their bodies, with skills and conditioning that translate directly to their sport.

    Held outdoors, rain or shine, these sessions are perfect for teams looking to push conditioning limits, improve body mechanics, and elevate performance together.

    We’ll book the outdoor training days, ensuring your team is ready to get moving and challenge themselves.

    6. First Session & Assessments
    The first session includes team warm-ups, movement assessments, and introductory drills to ensure all players are moving safely and efficiently.

    7. Progress & Adjustments
    Throughout the program, we’ll track performance, celebrate wins, adjust exercises, and make each session better than the last.
